CALL for ABSTRACTS
All participants are cordially invited to present papers at the 9th Eurasia Conference on Chemical Sciences (EuAsC2S-9), in the main topics of the conference. Abstracts must be received by May 1, 2006. The mode of your presentation (oral/poster) should be approved by the International Advisory Board. Notification of acceptance of presentation will be mailed to the authors together with guidelines for the proceedings.
GUIDELINES for PREPARATION of ABSTRACTS
Abstracts must written in English. Typing should be in MS-Word. The abstract, including the title (14 point, bold, all cap, Times New Roman), author/s (12 point, Ariel, with the name of the presenting author underlined), addresses alongwith fax, e-mail (10 point, Ariel) and the text should be single spaced in 11 point, Times New Roman font, the title and the author’s name should be centered into 14 cm (width) x 19 cm (height).
PUBLICATION of ABSTRACTS
An abstracts booklet will be produces directly from the original typed copy of the abstracts of the accepted presentations. Abstracts will be published upon receipt of registration form. The definite acceptance and the publication of the abstracts are contingent upon payment on Schedule of all fees due.
PRESENTATION
Slide, Overhead and Multimedia projectors (Power Point) will be available for presentations.
POSTER BOARD SIZE
The size of the posters should not exceed 150 cm (height) and 100 cm (width). All posters must be written in English. The content of the posters has to be readable from at least four feet. Awards for the best posters will be given during the closing ceremony. Materials for assembling posters will be provided.
PROCEEDINGS of the CONFERENCE
Plenary lecturers have been invited by the organizers to submit a manuscript for consideration as a publication in the IUPAC journal.
The other participants have been invited by the organizers to submit a manuscript (6-8 pages) for consideration in a separate volume of the Conference Proceedings as a publication of Springer Verlag.
You are requested to kindly bring a camera-ready manuscript with you to Antalya when you come to participate in the conference. |
