| Accommodation will be held at “Porto Bello Resort Hotel” in Antalya as venue has been reserved for all participants at discounted rates. Nearby hotels are also available within 10-20 minute walking distance. In order to ensure and guarantee that your hotel reservation will be made as required, it is necessary to return the Hotel Reservation Form to Agne Tours (agne@agne.com.tr). Accommodation can not be guaranteed later than May 1, 2006. Please apply for accommodation with the enclosed “Hotel Reservation Form” not later than May 1, 2006. The rate includes deluxe accommodation and daily open buffet breakfast. The deposit is equal to the one-day rate. Cancellation of Hotel ReservationsThe cancellation notice should be received until July 15, 2006. Otherwise no refund will be given. All cancellations must be notified in written by fax.
